What we collect
- Data you give us: name, email, phone and company when you request a quote, open a ticket or sign up for our services.
- Communications data: mobile phone number, text messages (SMS) sent and received, records of your consent and call recordings.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site and traffic source, through Google Analytics.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, logged by our servers for security.
What we use it for
- Answering your questions and preparing quotes
- Delivering and billing the services you hire
- Sending customer care messages, account notifications and, if you agreed, promotions
- Improving the site and learning which content is useful
- Meeting legal and accounting obligations
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Medios Corporativos about support, quotes, appointments, invoices and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information we share with third parties.
Call recording
Calls with Medios Corporativos, including those answered by our artificial intelligence assistant, may be monitored, recorded and analyzed for quality assurance, training, compliance and security. If you prefer your call not to be recorded, contact us by email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to deliver the service —payment gateways, telephone and messaging carriers, domain registrars and email providers— and when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use our own cookies to run the site and Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block them in your browser without losing access to the content.
How long we keep it
Customer data is kept for the length of the business relationship plus the legal accounting retention period. Consent and SMS message records are kept for 3 to 7 years to comply with telecommunications rules. Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@medioscorporativos.com. We reply within thirty days. If you live in California, the CCPA also gives you the right to know what data we hold and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We run our own servers with encryption in transit, encrypted credentials and backups. No system is infallible, but we treat your data with the same care we treat our own.
